Who is the Morris Audiology team?
Why she went into Audiology: "I was always interested in helping people communicate better. I started school with the idea of becoming a Speech Pathologist. The undergraduate degree is in both Speech Pathology and Audiology. The more Audiology classes I had, the more interested I became in Audiology. The correct decision was made to go into Audiology. I love helping people enter once again into a world full on sounds, practically the sound of family and friends. It’s very rewarding to have someone tell me that they have been a wallflower for many years and that how they feel like they are now again a participant in the world about them."
- Brenene Brady M.S., CCC-A
Why she went into Audiology: “As a former medical transcriptionist for 11 years, I made the decision to go back to school to pursue a more patient-centered career in the communication sciences field. My journey began as a speech pathology major and I quickly made the decision to switch over to audiology after discussing the career with my professors. As an audiologist, I am able to assist people of all ages and all degrees of hearing loss to enhance their quality of life with the use of amplification and communication strategies. I look forward to meeting you to address your communication needs and to assist you on your hearing journey.”
